Binary Team Commissions
Your Business Center has a right and a left leg. Points are generated in each leg of your Business Center. Every 10 points in your weaker leg and 20 points in your stronger leg will generate a team bonus commission (pay step).
There is no limit to the amount of members that can be placed under your right leg or left leg, and therefore no
limit to the amount of binary team commissions.
Your points will not flush and will accumulate until you have accumulated enough points to trigger a binary team commission (pay step).
Once a binary team commission is triggered, any points left over and not used is then banked and used towards the next binary team commission cycle (pay step).
Example: Calculating the Dollar Amount of a Pay Step:
If the total amount in the pool for the week is USD $130,000 and the total Pay Steps earned for the week by all reps is 2500:
Ø You divide USD $130,000 by 2500 = The pay step would be USD $52.
Ø The average pay step in En101 has been $52.01

With En101’s compensation plan you are rewarded a matching bonus on the ProPak sales made by those individuals you have personally sponsored.
Partner - receive a matching bonus of $20 on every ProPak enrollment made by those you have personally sponsored.
Director – with a rank of Director status your matching bonus increases to $40 on every enrollment made by those you have personally sponsored. Simply, enroll 4 ProPak sales, 2 your left team and 2 in your right team to qualify as a Director.
Executive Director – with a rank of Executive Director you receive a matching bonus of $40 PLUS on every enrollment made by those you have personally sponsored. Plus receive a matching E Voucher for every E Voucher earned by your personally sponsored representatives.
Chief Executive Director -- with a rank of Chief Executive Director you receive a matching bonus of $40, PLUS on every enrollment made by those you have personally sponsored. Plus receive a ProPak E Voucher for every E Voucher earned by your personally sponsored representatives.
